Apartment Construction in East Bay takes off

According to the California Building Industry Association, multi-family housing did well in November 2010 as compared to a year ago, jumping 207 percent. Single family home starts fell 61 percent from last year and 37 percent from October. Builders are clearly anticipating an increase in demand for rental homes in the East Bay.

  1. Great video, it definitely made me want to move in after viewing it. The building construction for these houses looks top notch, and the community itself looks very welcoming. I am from Florida, and the communities that are similar to this, in Florida, are not nearly as nice. I really enjoy learning about new communities from all around the United States. I typically turn to McGraw Hill's California Construction site for all of my construction related queries. While I do some occasional work with McGraw Hill, they have been a favorite construction resource of mine long before we started working together. If you want to stay updated on construction news around California, check out their website.
