2012 home sales were lower than previous years at the same time in previous years,
and prices were also a little lower. The median home sale price was $627,000.
Home

$1.5 price ranges.
Inventory
is hovering around a two-month supply with just 90 homes on the market in
Pleasanton.The average days on market fell from the previous month to 71 days.
