Six
additional homes were listed in February to make a grand total of 13! Low
inventories continue and none of the active listings are short sales or bank
owned, which is good news.
Four homes
went pending in February - all of them were on the market for less than one
month. Homes that are showing well are selling quickly. All but one of these
homes were priced under $2 million. Four of the ten homes which are pending are
short sales, keeping the pressure on pricing.
